Leader Business Developer is an independent business-services provider. Unless explicitly stated in writing, we are not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting on behalf of the IRS, a Secretary of State, another government authority, bank, payment processor or financial institution.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing complete, accurate and truthful information required for the requested service.

• Provide correct business and contact information.
• Review documents and project details before approval or submission.
• Respond to reasonable requests for missing information.
• Meet external deadlines communicated by government agencies or third parties.
• Maintain secure control of passwords, OTPs and account credentials.
• Avoid providing false information about ownership, activity, addresses or transactions.

Pricing and Third-Party Fees

Prices displayed on our website generally represent Leader Business Developer service fees unless clearly stated otherwise.

Government filing fees, bank fees, payment-processor charges, domain fees, hosting fees, software subscriptions, advertising spend and other third-party costs may apply separately.

Payments

Third-Party Platforms and Providers

Many services rely on independent third parties such as government agencies, banks, payment processors, software platforms, hosting companies, CRM providers and ecommerce platforms.

Leader Business Developer does not control third-party terms, eligibility rules, fees, technical availability, account restrictions or future platform decisions.

No Guarantee of Third-Party Approval or Outcome

We do not guarantee approval, issuance, account opening, account retention, government acceptance, payment-processing approval, banking approval, platform verification, rankings, sales, advertising results or other outcomes controlled by independent third parties.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed, Leader Business Developer retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, frameworks, processes, templates, internal systems and know-how.

Rights to custom deliverables may depend on the service, full payment, third-party licensing and the specific project agreement.

Acceptable Use

Our services must not be used to facilitate fraud, misrepresentation, unauthorized access, deceptive business practices, unlawful transactions, intellectual-property infringement or other illegal activity.

We may refuse or discontinue work when a request appears unlawful, deceptive, abusive or inconsistent with provider requirements.

Client-Provided Materials

The client represents that they have the necessary rights or permission to provide logos, text, images, business documents, software access, website materials and other project assets supplied to us.

Suspension or Refusal of Service

We may pause, refuse or terminate a project where reasonably necessary, including where:

• Required information is not provided.
• Payment obligations are not met.
• The requested activity appears unlawful or misleading.
• The client requests false information to be submitted.
• Third-party eligibility makes the project impractical.
• Communication becomes abusive or threatening.

Refunds and Cancellations

Refund eligibility depends on the service, work already completed, third-party charges incurred and the stage of the project.

Our separate Refund Policy provides additional information and should be read together with these Terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Leader Business Developer is not responsible for losses caused solely by government decisions, bank decisions, provider suspensions, third-party outages, platform policy changes, inaccurate client information or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability where exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.

Client Indemnity

To the extent permitted by applicable law, a client may be responsible for claims or costs arising from unlawful use of our services, false information supplied by the client or materials the client did not have permission to use.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions as our services, website, business practices or legal requirements change. The effective date shown on this page may be updated accordingly.
